16 Line/extension call recording USB Unit
How does it work?
The WS USB voice recording unit is placed by an existing PC and connected to that PC's USB port.The voice recording softawre is installed on that PC,to communicate with the external voice recording unit.The analogue lines or extensions(PABX) are connected in parallel to the existing lines or extensions and cabling is taken to the voice recording unit by the PC and coonected there.
The software has full searching/playing features and the recordings can be exported into wav or mp3 format(for emailing) etc.

The USB Voice box is specially designed for worldwide analog interfaces for its high compatibility with international telephony environments. With terminate interface capacities, it features programmable voltage thresholds, loop polarity reversal and multiple event triggers, and can easily be configured to accommodated to diverse analog networks worldwide. The unit is avaiable in 4,8 or 16 line configuration.

Record Mode
There are three record modes of the system for you to choose from: Voltage, voice and manual control.
Voltage control:record according to voltage change, ie, start when telephone is picked up while finish when telephone is hung up.
Audio voice control:record based on whether there is sound signal in the line check, such as interphone and so on;
